LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Whisk the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and espresso powder together.
Whisk the unsalted butter, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Spoon into the prepared baking pan, spread out, then bake.
For the pecan pie topping, mix the sugars, flour, corn syrup, egg, butter, and vanilla extract
Stir in the chopped pecans, pour over the partially baked brownies, top with sea salt flakes, then bake again.
