LIST OF INGREDIENTS
– All-Purpose Flour
– Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– Baking Powder and Soda
– Salt
– Egg
– Granulated Sugar
– Light Brown Sugar
– Vegetable Oil
– Milk
– Hot Water
– Espresso Powder
– Vanilla Extract
Whisk the flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
STEP ONE
Whisk the egg, milk, vegetable
oil, and water dissolved with the espresso powder.
STEP TWO
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined.
STEP THREE
Fill each liner 2/3 full, then bake. Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
STEP FOUR
Make the chocolate buttercream frosting, then add to the tops of each cupcake. Enjoy!
