– All-Purpose Flour – Granulated Sugar – Salt – Baking Powder – Unsalted Butter – Milk – An Egg – Vanilla Extract – Chocolate Chips – Sparkling Sugar – Melted Chocolate
LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Whisk the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder together.
Blend in the unsalted butter with the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, add in the chocolate chips, then mix until the dough forms.
Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet lightly dusted with flour. Knead then pat into a disc shape.
Divide into 8 equal triangles then separate.
Brush with milk, sprinkle with sparkling sugar, then bake!
Let cool slightly before enjoying! For added garnish, drizzle on some melted chocolate.
