These Homemade Sticky Buns combine a simple dough that's slathered in a buttery, cinnamon sugar, and topped with a warm, gooey caramelized pecan glaze. They will melt in your mouth the minute you take that first bite!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS
– Active Dry Yeast
– Warm Water
– Unsalted Butter
– Granulated Sugar
– All-Purpose Flour
– Dark Brown Sugar
– Light Corn Syrup
- Chopped Pecans
Dissolve the active dry yeast with the warm water for 5-10 minutes.
Combine the egg, granulated sugar, butter, and salt.
Add in the yeast mix, buttermilk, and 2 cups of flour. Switch to paddle attachment and add remaining flour.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes or until smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Punch the dough down, then roll it out. Spread with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
Roll up the dough, then slice into 12 equal sizes.
Melt the butter, dark brown sugar, light corn syrup, and cinnamon until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
Top with pecans, then place the sliced rolls on top. Cover and let rest for 1 hour, then bake.
Allow the sticky buns to cool for 5-10 minutes before inverting them onto a serving plate or jelly roll pan.
