These Seasoned Pretzels are a super easy, irresistible snack that is flavored with lemon pepper, garlic powder, dill weed, and dry ranch salad dressing mix. They're a fun treat to bring to any gathering or for just simply enjoying while you binge-watch your favorite TV show!
13.5ozBox Sourdough Hard Pretzels(broken into small pieces)
Instructions
Adjust the oven rack to the 2nd level position (just above center) and preheat the oven to 250ºF.
To a medium-size bowl add the olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, dill weed, and package of dry ranch salad dressing mix, whisking until well blended.
¾ cup Olive Oil, ½ tsp. Garlic Powder, ½ tsp. Lemon Pepper, ¾ tsp. Dill Weed, 1 oz Package Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
Break the sourdough pretzels into pieces using a rolling pin, meat tenderizer, or hammer. Add the broken pretzel pieces to a large bowl.
13.5 oz Box Sourdough Hard Pretzels
Pour the seasoning mixture over the top of the pretzels, then stir with a spatula to coat.
Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 250ºF. Stir the pretzels, then bake for another 10 minutes.
When done, turn off the oven (leave the oven door closed) and let the pretzels sit inside for another 30 minutes to dry.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then transfer to an airtight container. Pretzels will keep for up to 2 weeks.
